What should I do if an accountant accidentally calculated my salary too high twice, and now they want to deduct the overpayment from my salary?

According to Part 1 of Article 127 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the return of amounts overpaid as a result of calculation errors is предусмотрено (provided for). Under the requirements of this article, deductions from employees’ wages to cover their debt to the enterprise, institution, or organization where they work may be made by order (instruction) of the owner or an authorized body.
With each salary payment, the total amount of all deductions may not exceed 20%, and in cases specifically provided for by the legislation of Ukraine — 50% of the salary due to be paid to the employee.
